About Kathryn

Hello, my name is Kathryn. I have always had an affinity with helping people feel better. At a young age was enamored by prayer groups and the strength in numbers. As I witnessed everyday miracles happen before my very eyes, I grew to find myself helping others in any way that I could.  At the age of 16, I picked up my first book on massage, and began relieving the pain of friends and family members.  By 19, I was taking informal classes and was doing self-study on the effects of massage, meditation, and energy work.

In 2005 after researching schools across America, I landed in Lakewood Colorado at the Colorado School of Healing Arts.  I completed the 700 hours of intensive study and earned my Associate of Occupational Studies Degree by 2006.  From there a healthy part-time practice grew into a lifelong career, complete with ongoing study and training.

I currently enjoy a loyal following of clientele who visit me regularly because their therapy is customized specifically to meet their needs. You see, when I work with a client it is important for me to understand where they are coming from physically, emotionally, and spiritually. To understand their goals and their intention for receiving bodywork. I pull from my experience and training to address the issues at hand.  My intention is always to provide relief using the techniques that work for you.

I believe that healing is a proclamation of faith. When we listen to our bodies, and receive body work in faith, we allow the body to heal. I am here for you.
